Empower communities, see the world and experience the adventure of a lifetime; all of this can happen by joining our Global Volunteer program. Find an opportunity outside your comfort zone. Be part of the United Nations’ global strategy for sustainable development. Together we’ll change the way you see and understand the world.
Global Volunteer is an intense volunteering experience abroad that enables you to work on projects that matter to you and impact the community the project is organized in. Through this we empower and enable everyone involved to develop a more sustainable and healthy future.
Through Global Volunteer, you have an opportunity to develop entrepreneurial and leadership skills by actively working on projects that focus on social issues. This experience will help you enrich your education, challenge your worldview and help you gain a unique combination of multicultural, social and entrepreneurial experience. An experience that stays with you for the rest of your life!
Actively contribute to reducing poverty in developing regions. Volunteering experiences tackling SDG 1 differ from awareness campaigns to practical projects in which shelter and water sources are built in areas with high poverty rates.

Actively contribute to better education by teaching one of the world languages to ensure a better future for young children around the world, tackle bullying or extremism or raise awareness about the Sustainable Development Goals itself.
Actively contribute to give girls a future they deserve, help them make their dreams become reality, raise awareness about sexual harassment and help victims gain self-confidence to build a better future.
Actively contribute to reduce inequalities among minorities, deliver soft-skill training to blind or deaf children, help integrate refugees, bridge generation gaps or help homeless people find purpose in life.
Actively contribute to environmental projects, teach children the importance of recycling, generate ideas and develop projects to increase the use of sustainable energy or help small communities preserve natural habitat.
