To increase youth impact in the world, we see that society needs leaders who are entrepreneurial, culturally sensitive, socially responsible and take an active part in their own learning. To gain a holistic experience AIESEC offers you the opportunity to take on a leadership role on top of the opportunities for international volunteering and internships. Each year, we provide over 100,000 AIESEC members the challenging opportunity to support the management of the global association through our leadership development programmes. There is a powerful connection that is created by working towards a common vision with people from such diverse backgrounds. The leadership programmes offer the opportunity at a young age for you to experience executive-level responsibilities, develop yourself personally & professionally as well as meet & work with like-minded people that share your values from around the world.

AIESEC follows the model of a social business, which means that within each entity there is an executive board, responsible for leading the entity. This board is composed by key areas that are essential to keep the organization running. Process

1.Sign Up

2. Review Board

• No more than a week after your registration you will be contacted for you to attend to an interview. This interview is meant to get to know you and show you the different opportunities within your local office.

3. Induction Day & National Conference [SIMS]

• When you will be accepted, you will be invited to participate on a required local induction seminar, where you will meet your team and the are you will be participating. After that you will need to attend to our National Conference [SIMS] where you will receive all the eduction according to your area, and you will meet other AIESECers around the country.

4. Welcome to AIESEC

• Prepare for getting to know a vast range of opportunities that AIESEC offers and start your personal and professional environment in our global network.
